If you used a pilot group of students or faculty to test Google Apps, you can publicize their experiences via quotes or take a survey highlighting the favorite features and post on your website.

If you did not use a pilot group, consider letting a few students preview the services out at this time, and let them document or blog their experience for the school newspaper (see Kent State University).
